About this blog

“Voice and Justice – Music as a Promoter of Diversity” is a four-year project (2025–2028) by the Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki. Its goal is to promote diversity in music and music education, as well as broader cultural justice in society, through international collaboration.

The project, funded by the Jane and Aatos Erkko Foundation, will include four artistic collaboration projects, teaching visits, and a four-year research project.

In this blog, you’ll get to read travel diaries and researchers’ observations from along the four-year journey.
