How do we perceive our playful self? What do we find interesting about peeking into our peer’s video? How can we hack this representation? Join us to experiment your playful self with objects and installation art!
How will one’s everyday environment unfold through artistic exercises? What
about one’s own body when situated in that environment in unusual ways? In this
session, we will attempt to experience our surroundings differently when guided by
showing and concealing, and improvising movement and remaining statue-like.

*Cuerpa is a symbolic reappropriation of the female form of the Spanish word for body: “cuerpo”. Welcome to join this workshop to experiment together with an eclectic selection of popular Latin music and dance improvisation scores. The prompts aim to focus on movement patterns present in Latin dances, while drifting away from too coded and gendered movements.
